step by step recipe

  1. We insert the mixing accessory into the Robotmix jar and spray the individual muffin molds with cooking spray.
  2. In a separate bowl, we mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and set aside.
  3. We put the eggs, oil, kefir, and vanilla in the jar and set it to speed 3 for 30 seconds to make a good mixture.
  4. We gradually add the mixture we prepared earlier and set it to speed 3 for another 5 minutes. We mix until the flour is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  5. Next, we add the blueberries to the jar and mix gently at speed 1 for 20 seconds.
  6. We pour the batter into the prepared molds and place them in the air fryer basket. We bake at 180°C for 13 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Ingredients

  • If desired, before baking the muffins, we can sprinkle coarse sugar over the batter in the molds to create a sweet and slightly crunchy topping.
