step by step recipe
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and milk. Mix everything uniformly. Then, add the sifted flour and stir very well again to achieve a uniform mixture.
- Set aside 1/2 or 3/4 of an apple for the end. Peel and cut the rest into small pieces.
- Add the cut apple pieces to the batter and blend it with a mixer to crush the apple well.
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes, using the Preheat menu, and grease the mold with butter or line it with baking paper.
- When the mold is ready, transfer the apple pie batter. Also, cut the half apple we had set aside into thin slices and decorate the top.
- Place the mold with the pie in the air fryer on Manual menu, 185ºC, 40 minutes.
- After 30-35 minutes, open the basket and put a thin layer of jam on the surface of the pie. Put it back in to complete the 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- We recommend using a 70-80 mm oven pie mold. It can be made of clay or silicone.
- As for the final topping for the pie, apricot or peach jams work wonderfully.
