step by step recipe
- We insert the mixing accessory into the Robotmix jar and spray the individual muffin molds with cooking spray.
- In a separate bowl, we mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and set aside.
- We put the eggs, oil, kefir, and vanilla in the jar and set it to speed 3 for 30 seconds to make a good mixture.
- We gradually add the mixture we prepared earlier and set it to speed 3 for another 5 minutes. We mix until the flour is fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Next, we add the blueberries to the jar and mix gently at speed 1 for 20 seconds.
- We pour the batter into the prepared molds and place them in the air fryer basket. We bake at 180°C for 13 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Ingredients
- If desired, before baking the muffins, we can sprinkle coarse sugar over the batter in the molds to create a sweet and slightly crunchy topping.
