step by step recipe
- We place the food processor shaft in the jar and put the grating disc on top. We place the processor lid on top.
- In a small bowl, we place the chia seeds in 1 tablespoon of the chickpea liquid and set aside.
- We cut the ends of the zucchini and carrot and cut them in half to fit through the lid opening.
- We grate the zucchini and carrot by setting the speed to 5 and inserting the vegetables through the opening with the pusher.
- We remove the grated vegetables and squeeze out the excess water with a paper towel. We place the vegetables in a bowl and set aside.
- We clean the robot's jar and replace the grating disc with the blades. We place the onion in the jar and chop by setting the robot to speed 6 for 5 seconds.
- We add the rest of the ingredients to the jar (except for the extra 30 g of breadcrumbs). We mix them by setting the speed to 5 for 20 seconds. We form nuggets with our hands and coat them in the extra breadcrumbs.
- We spray both sides with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. We insert the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- We dip them in our favorite dipping sauce. Serve piping hot!
