step by step recipe
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and finely chopped onion. Then, add the ground meat and sauté. Add the spices, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer using the Preheat menu for 5 minutes. In a mold or on parchment paper, place a layer of nachos and add cheese, ground meat, jalapeños, and beans.
- Repeat the process with another layer of nachos, cheese, ground meat, and beans, and place the nachos in the air fryer using the Manual menu at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
- While cooking, prepare the pico de gallo. Chop all ingredients as finely as possible and mix everything with lime juice. Once you take the nachos out of the air fryer, top them with the pico de gallo.
Ingredients
- You can also serve with guacamole and sour cream.
- You can use a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- If you like spicy nachos, you can add some barbecue sauce or Tabasco to the sautéed mixture.
- Another option is to serve the pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream in separate bowls so everyone can serve themselves as they like. Similarly, if you don't eat meat, you can omit the mixture or create your own sauté with textured soy.
