step by step recipe

  1. First, we set the FRY Menu, 140°C, 5 minutes.
  2. We add a little oil to the pot and while it heats up, we chop the onion and carrot. Once hot, we add the vegetables and season. We stir occasionally with the ladle. Remove and reserve.
  3. In a bowl, we season the ground meat with oregano, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Then, we add the vegetables and mix. We reserve.
  4. In another bowl, we add the egg, milk, and breadcrumbs. Let stand for a few minutes so that the bread absorbs the liquids.
  5. Once the bread is well soaked, we mash it with our hands or a fork and add this mixture to the ground meat. We mix until combined. We make small balls and roll them in flour.
  6. We set the FRY Menu, 160°C, 15 minutes. We add oil to the pot and fry the meatballs in several batches, just until browned. If we have time to spare, we cancel the program.
  7. We add all the sauce ingredients into the pot. We place the lid, close the valve, and set the STEW Menu, 110°C, 15 minutes.
  8. When the program finishes, we open the lid releasing the air by turning the valve, remove the meatballs, and blend the sauce. Enjoy!
