Ingredients
- task_alt200 g. rice
- task_alt125 g. Greek yogurt
- task_alt1 tbsp. of olive oil
- task_alt1 tsp. of baking powder
- task_alt1 tsp. of salt
- task_alt100 g. of grated cheese
step by step recipe
- Place the blades in the Robotmix jug. Add the rice. Program the robot blender at speed 6 for 30 seconds. Increase the speed to speed 10 for 30 seconds more. Finally, program the robot at speed 12 for 4 minutes.
- Once the rice has become a fine powder, we sift it through a fine mesh strainer to remove the large pieces.
- Replace the blades with the mixer and add the rice flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, olive oil and salt. Program the food processor at speed 3 for 30-45 seconds or until the dough is well mixed.
- Cut the dough into 2 balls and flatten each one on a piece of parchment paper. Add the cheese in the center and wrap the edges of the dough to cover the cheese. It may break while we create the envelope, but we can easily mold it with our fingers.
- Once the flatbreads are filled, place them on the parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer and bake them at 180º C for 7 minutes or until the dough is lightly browned on top.
- Serve piping hot!
