- First, we preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.

- Add the oil to the pan and set FRIED Menu, 160 ºC, 8 minutes.
- Once hot, add the onion, chicken and sausages. Season and stir from time to time.
- Once the program is finished, remove everything to a bowl and add the fried tomato, tomato concentrate and chopped olives. We mix.
- Place a spoonful of the previous mixture in the center of the wafer and cover with another wafer. With the help of a fork, press the ends to make sure it is well closed. Follow the same process until all the patties are formed.
- Brush the patties with beaten egg and sprinkle a little sesame seeds on the surface.
- Place half of the patties in the basket of the air fryer.
- Close and manually program 180 ºC, 10 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, we turn them over.
- Follow the same process until all the dumplings are cooked. Enjoy!
