step by step recipe
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Grease the holes of the donut pan.
- Place the mold in the basket of the air fryer and fill them with the batter. Set to 150 ºC, 12 minutes.
- Remove the mold, let cool slightly and unmold. Place the donuts on a wire rack to cool completely.
- While they cool, place the dark chocolate with a tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe container. In another container, place the white chocolate with the tablespoon of oil.
- Melt the chocolates separately in 20-second intervals. Coat the donuts with the dark chocolate.
- Store them in the refrigerator for a few minutes to let the chocolate thicken a bit and allow for decoration. It's important that this is for a short time and doesn't fully solidify.
- Put the white chocolate in a piping bag with a nozzle and form circles on the donuts.
- Using a toothpick, make lines from the hole towards the outside to create the spider web shape. Enjoy!
