- First, we peel the apples and core them. We cut one of them into wedges and chop the other one into smaller pieces.
- We place the food processor shaft in the jug and the disc in the slicing position. On top, we place the food processor lid.
- We set the automatic menu for food processing. We insert the apple wedges using the pusher to slice them. If we have time to spare, we cancel the program. Remove and reserve.
- Place the blades in the jug.
- We add the apple we had set aside (cut into pieces), the flour, egg, sugar, and baking powder.
- We cover and set the automatic kneading menu for 2 minutes.
- We open and check that all ingredients are well integrated.
- We add the sliced apple.
- We cover and set speed 2, 10 seconds, reverse rotation.
- Using two small spoons, we form balls of dough and fry them in plenty of oil.
- We place the fritters on absorbent paper and while still hot, we coat them with sugar.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
