step by step recipe
- We add water, rice, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. We stir, cover, and set the RICE Menu. We calculate about 12 minutes and once cooked, we transfer it to a large bowl.
- We wash and chop the mushrooms and a clove of garlic to prepare the meatballs.
- We add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl where we have reserved the rice: the chopped mushrooms, eggs, yogurt, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, spices to taste, salt, and pepper. We mix and form the meatballs using our hands.
- We add the oil to the bowl and set the FRY Menu, cooking temperature 3, 10 minutes. Once hot, we fry the meatballs until lightly golden. Remove and reserve.
- Next, we chop the onion and two garlic cloves to prepare the tomato sauce.
- We set the FRY Menu, cooking temperature 2, 10 minutes. Once hot, we add the vegetables from the previous step, salt, and pepper to taste. We mix.
- After 3 minutes, we add the tomato, sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. We cover and stir occasionally until the program ends.
- Once the program is finished, we remove the sauce and blend it.
- We put the sauce back into the bowl along with the meatballs.
- We close and set the STEW Menu, cooking temperature 1, 10 minutes.
- We serve with a little oregano and enjoy!
