Ingredients
- task_alt1 kg of pork ribs
- task_alt50 g. honey
- task_alt50 ml. soy sauce
step by step recipe
- We cut the ribs into 3 pieces so they fit well in the air fryer basket and the flavor is well distributed.
- We mix the honey and soy sauce in a container until we get a unified sauce.
- We put the ribs in a bowl and add the previous mixture on top. We let it marinate for 15 minutes so they are well impregnated.
- When we've been marinating for 10 minutes, we preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Once the marination time is over, we drain the ribs and put them in the basket on a piece of baking paper (we reserve the marination juice to brush the ribs during cooking). We brush them with the juice and manually program a temperature of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- We keep opening the basket to continue brushing them every 6-8 minutes. When it reaches half the cooking time, that is, at 20 minutes, we turn it over and continue brushing until the program ends.
- Once the total time has finished, we just have to plate and serve them. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- For the honey rib recipe, it's very important to make sure to place baking paper in the basket so that the juice released by the ribs with soy sauce and honey doesn't drain away. This way, we also ensure that the ribs keep gaining flavor as they cook.
