step by step recipe
- Place the blades in the jug.
- Add all the sauce ingredients to the jar and blend at speed 6 for 15 seconds. Remove from the jar and set aside, cleaning the jar.
- Add the peeled shallots, peeled ginger, red chili, and garlic to the jar. Chop by programming at speed 6 for 10 seconds.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and minced pork and grind by programming at speed 6 for 10 seconds.
- Take a small spoonful of the mixture and place it in the center of each gyoza wrapper, leaving enough space to close it completely.
- Moisten your finger with water and slightly dampen the edges of the wrapper to help seal it. Then, close the wrapper by sealing the edges and folding it over itself several times to create the shape of a gyoza.
- Lightly oil the steamer basket. Pour 1.5 l of water into the jar and place the steamer basket in its place, on top of the jar. Place the gyozas in the basket with enough space between them so they don't touch.
- Steam the gyozas by programming at 120°C at speed 3 for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce!
