- First, we prepare the sauce. To do this, we pit the cherries and chop the apple, leek, and carrot.
- We add a little oil to the bowl and set the FRY menu, cooking temperature 2, for 10 minutes. Once hot, we add the vegetables, apple, and a pinch of salt. Stir from time to time with the spatula.
- When the program ends, we add the Port wine and the broth. We close the lid and set the STEW menu, cooking temperature 2, for 8 minutes.
- Once the program is finished, we blend with a hand blender until we get a smooth sauce. We reserve.
- We set the GRILL menu, cooking temperature 3, for 5 minutes and cook the sirloins. Once cooked, we season them.
- We serve the sirloins with a piece of goat cheese roll and the sauce on top. Enjoy!
