step by step recipe
- We put a bowl on the pitcher and weigh the couscous. Add the water, the drizzle of oil and the salt. Stir and set aside.
- Add the oil and the raisins to the jug and sauté for 2 minutes at 120°C, speed 1, reverse rotation.
- Add the almonds and sauté for 4 minutes, temperature 120°C, speed 1, reverse rotation. If you have fried almonds, toasted almonds or peanuts, skip this step. Pour the almonds and raisins in a bowl through a strainer to recover the oil and set aside.
- Add the onion, garlic, tomato and reserved oil to the jar. Chop 4 seconds at speed 4 and fry 6 minutes, temperature 120°C, speed 1.
- Add the chicken, the coloring, the spice mixture and the salt. Place the steam accessory in its position. Put the hydrated couscous from the bowl into the steamer tray and mix everything with the spatula. Cover and program 10 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 1, reverse rotation. When the time is up, remove the steam accessory and set aside on a plate so that it does not drip.
- Add the reserved almonds and raisins to the jar, stir well with the spatula and pour into a bowl.
