- task_alt1/2 tsp. ground or ground black peppercorns
- task_alt1/2 tsp. of ground cayenne pepper
step by step recipe
- If the breasts are clean, we only have to make a few transversal cuts in the meat to allow the marinade to penetrate better and make them tastier. If this is not the case, we remove the skin and get rid of possible fat bags.
- Prepare the tandoori spice mix by mixing all the spices in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with two tablespoons of the spice mixture, the lemon juice, salt to taste and the peeled and grated (or pressed) garlic cloves.
- We introduce the chicken in the marinade and smear it well on all sides. Cover the container and take it to the refrigerator, where it will rest overnight or, at least, between four and six hours. The longer it sits in the marinade, the tastier and more tender it will be.
- Once the marinating time has elapsed, remove the container from the refrigerator and allow it to temper before baking.
- Preheat the fryer to 200ºC for 5 minutes.
- Place the breasts directly in the fryer basket and cover them with the rest of the mixture left in the container. Set the fryer to 200ºC, 15 minutes (the time will depend on the size of the breasts). Serve immediately.
