- task_alt2 cloves garlic

- task_alt100 ml. of fried tomato
- task_alt1 bay leaf
- task_alt1 sprig of parsley
- task_altSalt and pepper to taste
step by step recipe
- Chop the garlic and cut the onion and bell pepper into julienne strips. We set aside.
- Clean the hake fillets and remove any bones that the fillets may have. Season the fillets with salt and pepper according to taste. Cut the fillets into pieces and dredge them in flour. We shake them a little to remove the excess.
- Add the oil to the bowl of the food processor. Set the robot to the Grill menu for 40 minutes. When hot, brown the pieces of hake in the oil for approximately 1 minute on both sides. Remove them from the pan and let them drain on paper towels.
- Add the garlic to the pan and brown for 30 seconds before adding the onion and bell pepper. Sauté the vegetables for 7 minutes.
- Add the paprika to the bowl and mix. Pour in the wine and allow to reduce by half, approximately 5 minutes. When it is reduced, add the fried tomato and the bay leaf. Mix and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the hake and chopped parsley and cook for 10 minutes more.
- Serve immediately with rice or quinoa.
Ingredients
- For a gluten-free recipe, just remove the flour.
- Avoid overcooking the hake fillets to keep them juicy. We only brown them for 1 minute on each side.
