- task_alt100 g. sprockets
- task_alt120 g. sugar
- task_alt2 rectangular butter puff pastry sheets
- task_alt1 egg
step by step recipe
- Chop the pork cracklings (to taste) using a food processor or knife. Preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 equal pieces and prick the surface of the dough with a fork to prevent it from rising during baking.
- On four of the dough pieces, add the crushed pork cracklings on top, leaving 2 cm unfilled at the edges. Once filled, cover them with another piece of puff pastry and roll over them. Shape them as desired and seal the edges.
- Brush them with beaten egg, sprinkle sugar on top, and add pine nuts.
- Place half of the flatbreads in the basket lined with parchment paper. Reserve the rest to bake them later.
- Set the air fryer manually to 180°C for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the flatbreads and insert the remaining ones. Close the basket to finish the program.
- Let them cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
