- task_alt2 eggs at room temperature
- task_alt40 g. of milk
- task_alt30 g. sugar
- task_alt1 teaspoon of baking powder
- task_altVanilla essence (to taste)
- task_altToppings (powdered sugar, honey...)
step by step recipe
- First, we separate the egg whites from the yolks into two different containers.
- We place the blades.
- We put the flour, milk, egg yolks, baking powder, and vanilla essence into the jar.
- Cover and program speed 5, 30 seconds.
- We remove the mixture to a large bowl.
- Wash the pitcher and place the whisk attachment.
- We add the egg whites and set the speed to 3 for 3 minutes.
- After that time, we add the sugar and set it again to speed 3 for 3 minutes.
- We open and check that the egg whites are beaten. They should be firm, forming stiff peaks.
- We gradually incorporate the egg whites into the pancake batter using folding movements so that the mixture doesn't lose air.
- We add a little butter or oil to a pan.
- When it's hot, we add 3 tablespoons of batter to form each pancake and cook on low heat for approximately 3 minutes with a lid to keep the heat in. We flip the pancakes and let them cook for a few more minutes on the other side.
- We serve with a little powdered sugar and honey on top. Enjoy!
