- task_alt150 g. onion
- task_alt100 g. carrot

- task_altSalsa:
- task_alt40 ml. soy sauce
- task_alt25 ml. of sesame oil
- task_alt1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
- task_alt1 tsp. cornstarch
step by step recipe
- First, we prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the vegetables and mix them with the ground meat.
- Next, we mix all the ingredients of the sauce. Once we have a homogeneous mixture, we add it to the meat and vegetables. We mix to integrate the flavors.
- Next, we move on to assembling the gyozas. To do this, we moisten the edges of the wrappers with a little water so they stick when closed. In the middle, we place a bit of filling and close them towards the center. We make some folds to seal them well.
- We add a little oil to the pot and set the GRILL menu, cooking temperature 2, for 20 minutes.
- We add a few gyozas (as many as will fit without touching each other) and cook them until the base is golden. Once golden, we pour half a glass of water and cover. We cook them until all the water has evaporated and remove.
- We repeat the previous step until all the gyozas are cooked. If we have time to spare, we cancel the program.
- To serve, we accompany the gyozas with the same sauce we prepared for the filling or simply with soy sauce. Enjoy!
