Ingredients

- task_alt300 g. of fresh salmon (cleaned of bones and skin)
- task_alt2 tbsp. of sriracha sauce
- task_alt1 tbsp. of mayonnaise
- task_alt1 tbsp. soy sauce
- task_altExtra virgin olive oil (for frying)
- task_altBlack sesame seeds (for decoration)
- task_altChives (for garnish)
step by step recipe
- Add a couple of fingers of oil to the pan and program FRIED Menu, 180 ºC, 3 minutes. While the oil is heating, cut (using scissors) each sheet of rice paper into eight triangles of the same size.
- We add them two at a time to the cooker with the frying accessory inside. Once we see that they have swollen and are white in color, we remove them to a plate with absorbent paper.
- Next, we cut the salmon into small cubes.
- We place it in a bowl and add the sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Mix until blended.
- We place a bit of the salmon mixture on each rice paper chip.
- We garnish with some sesame seeds and a little chopped chives.
- Enjoy!
