step by step recipe
- Place the blades in the jar.
- Clean the chicken of bones and skin, put it in the jar and chop it for four seconds at speed 5. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
- Place the cannelloni sheets in water to soak for the time indicated on the package (usually 20 minutes).
- Peel the onion and put it in the jar in large pieces, chop it for 4 seconds at speed 5, scrape down the onion residue from the sides with the spatula.
- Add the olive oil and sauté for 10 minutes at 120ºC, speed 1.
- Add the chopped chicken, salt and pepper to taste and program for 5 minutes, 120°C, speed 1.
- Add the white wine and program for another five minutes, 120°C speed 1.
- Finally, add the can of foie gras and program to integrate everything for two minutes, at speed 1, 100ºC.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Next, prepare the béchamel sauce, no need to wash the jar.
- Put the oil and onion in the jar and program for 3 minutes, 120ºC, speed 3.
- Add the flour and sauté, programming for one minute at 100ºC, speed 3.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 10 seconds at speed 6.
- Program for 12 minutes at 120ºC, speed 3. The béchamel sauce is now ready.
- Remove the sheets from the water and spread them out on kitchen paper or a cloth.
- Grease the bottom of the dish where we will put the cannelloni with a little oil so they don't stick.
- Add a few tablespoons of the béchamel to the meat mixture to make it juicier.
- Put the filling mixture in a piping bag or a freezer bag and pipe it onto each sheet.
- Roll up the cannelloni and place them in the dish. Then cover the cannelloni with the béchamel sauce
- Finally, bake: check the cannelloni sheet package to see how long and at what temperature to bake them. Usually it's 20 minutes at 200ºC. Preheat the oven, sprinkle the cannelloni with grated cheese, bake for the indicated time and enjoy.
