step by step recipe
- We peel the onions and carefully hollow them out, leaving a couple of layers. We chop the onion we've removed. We reserve.
- We add a little oil to the cooker and set the SAUTÉ Menu, 160°C, 8 minutes. While the oil is heating, we cut all the vegetables into small pieces. We also chop the sun-dried tomatoes. When the oil is hot, we add all the vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, meat, spices, and season with salt and pepper to the cooker. We stir occasionally with the ladle.
- When the program ends, we remove all the ingredients and fill the onions with this mixture. We wash the cooker and put it back in place.
- We place the stuffed onions in the cooker and drizzle them with wine and broth. If we have any leftover filling, we also add it to the cooker around the onions. We cover and set the OVEN Menu for 15 minutes.
- At the end of the program, open the lid and remove the air by turning the valve. We remove the stuffed onions and blend the sauce. Add salt if necessary and enjoy!
Ingredients
- You can add some almonds or hazelnuts to the sauce to make a picada. They give it a delicious touch.
- Accessories used: ladle, measuring cup
- If you cook it with the Newlux V600 6L Kitchen Robot and you want the sauce to be more reduced, program the Griddle menu with the lid open and let it evaporate a little, in this way you will be able to adapt the result to your taste.
