step by step recipe
- Place a little oil in the cooker and set the FRY Menu, 180°C, 3 minutes with the lid open. While the oil is heating, chop the garlic. When the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and stir occasionally with the ladle for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Then, add the rice and sauté everything together for 1 minute. Season.
- Add the water to the cooker, close the lid and valve, and set the RICE Menu. When the program ends, open the lid releasing the steam by turning the valve, remove the rice and set it aside. Wash the cooker and put it back in place.
- Add a finger's width of oil to the cooker and set the FRY Menu, 180°C, 10 minutes. Fry the eggs. If necessary, add a little more time to finish frying all of them. Season when setting them aside on the tray.
- Serve the rice with the fried tomato sauce and the fried eggs. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- If you like fried eggs without crispy edges, lower the temperature of the Fry Menu a bit.
- If you prefer creamy rice, use the following ratio: one measure of rice to two of water, that is, 300 g of rice / 600 ml of water.
- Accessory: Measuring cup
- Accessory: Ladle
- If you cook it with the Newlux V600 6L Kitchen Robot and you want the sauce to be more reduced, program the Griddle menu with the lid open and let it evaporate a little, in this way you will be able to adapt the result to your taste.
