- task_alt600 ml. of water
- task_alt100-200 ml. hot milk (to taste)
- task_alt50 g. butter

- task_altSalt and pepper

step by step recipe
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into not very large pieces.
- Add the water and the chopped potatoes to the pot. We cover, close the valve, and set the PRESSURE Menu, high pressure, for 5 minutes.
- When the program is finished, open the lid and remove the air by turning the valve. Remove the potatoes and drain them if they have some water. Mash the potato in a bowl until there are no lumps. Then add the butter, milk and salt and pepper. Mix until blended and set aside.
- We add a little oil to the pot and set the GRILL Menu, 140°C, for 5 minutes. Once hot, we add the octopus and cook it. We stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- We serve the octopus on a base of mashed potatoes. We garnish with a drizzle of oil, a little flaky salt, and paprika. Enjoy!
