step by step recipe
- Preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Next, wash and cut into small pieces all the vegetables.
- Place the vegetables in a baking dish (15-20 cm) and add the spices, salt and a little oil. We mix.
- Place the tray with the vegetables in the basket of the air fryer.
- Program 180 ºC, 15 minutes. Halfway through, open the basket and mix. Close and let them finish cooking. Once the program is finished, check that the vegetables are almost done (they will finish cooking later) and remove to a bowl.
- Add the crumbled goat cheese to the bowl and mix to integrate the flavors. We reserve.
- Next, brush the filo dough sheets with oil and place them on top of each other.
- Grease a new 15-20 cm mold and put them inside, making sure that the dough does not protrude much higher than the walls of the mold.
- Place the vegetables on top of the filo dough.
- Place the mold in the basket of the air fryer.
- Program 180 ºC, approximately 10 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked to your liking and the filo pastry is golden brown. Enjoy!
