- task_alt2 tbsp. of olive oil
- task_alt1 small onion, chopped
- task_alt1 red pepper, chopped
- task_alt4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- task_alt1 tsp. of smoked paprika
- task_alt½ tsp. cumin
- task_alt125 g. of crushed tomato
- task_alt120 ml. of vegetable stock
- task_alt2-3 fresh eggs
- task_alt5 g. of chopped chives
- task_altSalt and pepper to taste
step by step recipe
- Chop all the vegetables and set aside.
- Set the robot to the Fry menu at temperature 1 for 15 minutes.
- Leaving the lid open, add the oil to the bowl of the robot and let it heat up.
- Once heated, add the chopped onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until the onion is translucent. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
- Add the smoked paprika, cumin and tomato sauce and cook for about 2 minutes or until the tomato sauce thickens.
- Add the rinsed chickpeas and season with salt and pepper and mix well. Add the broth and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Once most of the liquid has evaporated, we create shallow pockets in the chickpeas, leaving a thin layer at the bottom, in which we can place our eggs.
- Add the eggs in each sachet and sprinkle lightly with the desired salt and pepper and close the lid and cook for another 3 minutes (the white should be cooked leaving the yolk liquid).
- Remove from the pan and sprinkle the chopped chives on top.
- Serve immediately and piping hot!
