Ingredients
- task_alt4 boneless chicken drumsticks
- task_alt2 clove garlic
- task_altA pinch of fresh ginger
- task_alt30 ml. soy sauce
- task_alt15 ml. of rice vinegar
- task_alt30 ml. of white wine
- task_alt2.5 ml. Worcestershire sauce
- task_alt5 ml. of sesame or sunflower oil
- task_alt10 ml. of lemon juice
- task_altBrown sugar one teaspoon
- task_alt1 tsp. of oriental spices (or less, if we don't tolerate spicy spices well)
- task_altExtra virgin olive oil
- task_altGround black pepper
step by step recipe
- Trim any excess fat from the chicken and cut each thigh into about 3 pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, wine, sesame oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add to the chicken and mix well. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Laminate the garlic cloves and mince the peeled ginger.
- Pour a little oil in the pan, select the frying menu and brown both ingredients until they start to get crispy.
- Add the chicken with its marinade and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add a splash of white wine, let the alcohol evaporate and add the oriental spices.
- Cancel the frying menu. Cover and with the valve closed, program the stew menu, 30 minutes, until the meat is tender and the marinade has reduced and thickened.
- Depressurize and if we see that it needs to thicken, cook for about 8 minutes more without the lid, fry menu.
- Cancel and serve with chopped fresh chives or a little parsley.
Ingredients
- We can serve the chicken thighs with a side of rice or other cereal, and accompany it with a salad or seasonal vegetables. If we go overboard with the spiciness, we prepare a simple natural yogurt sauce to counteract the flavor.
