step by step recipe
- First, season the minced meat with the parsley, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, add the egg, milk and sliced bread. Let stand for a few minutes so that the bread absorbs the liquids.
- Once the bread is well soaked, mash it with your hands or fork and add this mixture to the minced meat, mix until well blended. We make small balls and roll them in flour.
- Program FRIED Menu, 180 ºC, 15 minutes. Add the oil to the pot and fry the meatballs in several batches, just until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Next, add the chopped onion and season with salt and pepper. Cook until it starts to become transparent and add the cuttlefish. Stir from time to time with the ladle until the end of the program.
- Once the program is finished, add the meatballs, broth and wine to the pot. Put the lid on, close the valve and program Stew Menu, 110 ºC, 20 minutes.
- At the end of the program, open the lid and remove the air by turning the valve and enjoy!
Ingredients
- If we see that the sauce is too runny, we program Menu PLANCHA and add a spoonful of flour or cornstarch and mix until it integrates and thickens a little.
- Accessories used: ladle
- If you cook it with the Newlux V600 6L Kitchen Robot and you want the sauce to be more reduced, program the Griddle menu with the lid open and let it evaporate a little, in this way you will be able to adapt the result to your taste.
