step by step recipe

  1. First, we cut the octopuses in half.
  2. We set the GRILL Menu, 160°C, 5 minutes. Once hot, we add the octopuses and stir occasionally with the ladle.
  3. While the octopus is cooking, we finely chop the onion, pepper, and garlic.
  4. Once the program is finished, we remove the octopuses and the juice they have released. We reserve.
  5. We add the oil to the pot and set the FRY Menu, 160°C, 10 minutes. Once hot, we add the vegetables from step 3 and the chili pepper. Season and stir from time to time.
  6. After 5 minutes, we add the grated tomato. We stir.
  7. When 3 minutes are left, we add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
  8. Meanwhile, we peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges, tearing them.
  9. Once the program is finished, we add the octopuses and their juice, the chopped potatoes, the broth, the dried red pepper flesh, paprika, bay leaf, and a pinch of salt.
  10. Cover the pot and close the valve. We set the STEW Menu, 110°C, low pressure, 20 minutes.
  11. At the end of the program, open the lid and remove the air by turning the valve and adjust the salt if necessary. Enjoy!
