step by step recipe
- Wash the young garlic and discard the more fibrous upper part and the roots. Chop them very finely.
- Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper.
- Add the oil to the bowl and set the FRY Menu, cooking temperature 3, for 10 minutes. Once hot, add the hake fillets and cook on both sides, just until marked. We remove.
- Add the butter and set the FRY Menu, cooking temperature 1, for 12 minutes. Once hot, add the young garlic and season with salt and pepper. Stir from time to time.
- When 4 minutes are left, add the flour and keep stirring until it's lightly toasted. Then, add the milk and stir until it thickens a bit and gets a bechamel texture. Rectify salt if necessary.
- Preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Pour the young garlic bechamel into an oven-safe dish (that fits in the air fryer) and place the fish fillets on top, side by side.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and set the automatic FISH menu, 175°C, for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
