step by step recipe
- Place the zucchini and mango sticks in a salad bowl.
- Place the blades in the jug.
- Put half of the mango, shallots, oil, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in the jug and chop by programming 10 seconds at speed 4.
- Pour the dressing into the salad bowl, mix well, and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
- Ready to serve!
