Ingredients

- task_alt150 g. sugar
- task_altA few drops of lemon
- task_alt1 cinnamon stick
step by step recipe
- First, we cut the peaches in half, remove the pit, and peel them.
- We put all the ingredients in the jar without any accessories: peaches, water, sugar, lemon juice, and a cinnamon stick.
- Cover and program 100 ºC, speed 1, 15 minutes.
- We check if the peaches are tender. If not, we program 2 or 3 more minutes.
- We place the peaches in a previously sterilized preserving jar and fill it with the syrup.
- Refrigerate and enjoy!
