step by step recipe

  1. In a separate glass, mix the water and warm milk with the fresh yeast. Stir until the yeast is dissolved.
  2. In a large bowl, add the flour, butter, sugar, orange blossom water, milk and yeast mixture, salt, lemon and orange zest, egg yolks and egg. Knead for 5 minutes.
  3. Then, form into a ball and cover with a cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour and a half until it doubles in volume.
  4. When it is ready, we put it on a floured table and knead and form a rectangular shape. Spread the chocolate chips over the dough and fold the dough over itself. Roll the dough with a rolling pin to pack the dough and make a ball by adding the dough to the inside.
  5. Place the ball in the bottom of the pan, which is already lined with baking paper, and close the lid. Set the robot to the oven menu for 50 minutes.
  6. When cooked, remove the bowl from the robot and let the panettone rest for about 10 minutes before removing it from the bowl.
  7. Serve hot or cold!
