step by step recipe
- Put the onion in the jug and chop it by programming 2 seconds at speed 5. Lower the leftovers towards the blades, add the oil and fry for 6 minutes at 120ºC, speed 1.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic powder, oregano, parsley, minced meat, salt, fried tomato and grated cheese to the jug and mix in 15 seconds, reverse rotation, speed 3.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets, spread half of the meat on each one. Roll up and put the roll in the refrigerator, wrapped in the same baking paper, for 20 minutes. This way we will cut it better as the puff pastry hardens.
- Cut the puff pastry into discs and flatten a little.
- Place the discs in the fryer basket lined with baking paper, separated from each other.
- Brush with egg, sprinkle with oregano and bake at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot or warm.
