step by step recipe
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes using the Preheat setting.
- Sauté the chopped onion and bacon in Fry mode, 195°C, 5 minutes and set aside.
- Place the sausages (split open) in Manual mode, 6 minutes, 185°C and set aside.
- In the aluminum tray, place the open buns and assemble the hot dogs with a base of fried onion and bacon, the split sausage on top, add a couple of cheese strips, another layer of fried onion and bacon, and finally mozzarella to decorate. Set to Manual mode 185°, 8 minutes.
