step by step recipe
- First, turn 6 flan pans (or similar mold) upside down and grease the base with oil. Place some wafers on top and press them lightly with your hand so that they take the shape of the mold and adhere well.
- Place the custard cups in the basket of the air fryer and program 180 ºC, 4 minutes.
- Unmold carefully so as not to burn ourselves and put them back in the oven. Bake until evenly browned, approximately 2 minutes more, at the same temperature. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
- Meanwhile, place all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix until emulsified. Then, we add the microgreens and stir carefully so that they are well coated.
- We place the salad inside the wafers and decorate with some chopped cherry tomatoes and some white tuna belly fillets. Enjoy!
