- task_alt800 ml. of warm milk
- task_alt2 onions
- task_alt120 g. of flour
- task_alt60 g. butter
- task_altPepper and nutmeg
- task_altCoating: breadcrumbs and 3-4 eggs
step by step recipe
- We place the blades.
- Peel the onions and put them in the jar cut in half. Close and set to speed 5 for 8 seconds.
- Next, add the butter and half of the ham. Close and set to speed 3, 120°C, for 5 minutes.
- Then, add the flour and set to speed 2, 100°C, for 3 minutes.
- Through the steam outlet, add the milk, nutmeg, and pepper to taste. Close and set to speed 3, 120°C, for 20 minutes.
- Check the texture, and if it hasn't thickened enough, set it for a few more minutes.
- Add the remaining ham and mix with the spatula.
- Let it cool down and put the dough in a piping bag. If you don't have one, place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap to prevent the surface from drying out.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours (overnight is better).
- Place the breadcrumbs in a large dish and form rows. Cut them to the size of the croquettes using scissors.
- First coat them in breadcrumbs, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs again.
- Fry the croquettes and place them on kitchen paper to drain excess oil. Enjoy!
