- task_alt1 pear tomato
- task_alt30 g. of red wine
- task_alt1 bay leaf
- task_alt1 clove (optional)
- task_alt300 g. of coarse salt
step by step recipe
- Place the blades in the jug.
- We add the peeled tomato and the rest of the peeled vegetables cut into not very large pieces.
- We place the lid and set speed 6, 10 seconds.
- We open and add the minced meat, red wine, bay leaf, clove, and salt.
- We cover and set speed 1, 120°C, 30 minutes. If it's still a bit liquid, we program 5 or 10 more minutes.
- Next, we blend by setting speed 10, 1 minute.
- We place the mixture in a silicone mold to make it easier to unmold.
- We freeze for 24 hours, unmold, and cut into medallions of about 2x2 cm.
- We wrap them individually with plastic wrap to form stock cubes like the ones sold commercially.
- We store them in the freezer until ready to use.
