- task_alt20 g. of parsley
- task_alt6 g. of salt
- task_alt1 l. vegetable broth

- task_alt450 g. of mushrooms
- task_alt2 g. of salt
- task_alt30 ml. of coconut oil
- task_alt15 ml. of balsamic vinegar
step by step recipe
- Place the mixer in the Robotmix jar. Add 30 ml of coconut oil, mushrooms, and 2 g of salt to the jar.
- Sauté the mushrooms by programming at 120°C at speed 1 for 8 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Remove the mushroom mixture to a separate bowl and set aside. Clean the jar and replace the mixer with the blades.
- Then add the peeled and quartered onion and peeled garlic cloves. Chop them by programming the Robotmix at speed 6 for 5 seconds.
- Next, switch the blades back to the mixer. Add 30 ml. of coconut oil and sauté by programming at 120°C at speed 1 for 7 minutes.
- Then, add the rice and 6 g of salt and cook for another 3 minutes at 120°C at speed 1. While the rice is toasting, heat the broth in the microwave or in a pot (it doesn't need to be boiling, just warm).
- Then add the broth little by little, waiting for each new addition to be absorbed and the rice to become thick. Continue this process until the rice is soft and creamy but not sticky, making sure to leave the lid's ventilation hole open.
- Once the desired texture is achieved, mix in the nutritional yeast and balsamic mushrooms.
- Serve piping hot!
