  • task_alt150 g. of pitted stuffed olives
  • task_alt150 g. of tuna in olive oil
  • task_alt1.4 l. of water
  • task_alt2 tomatoes (not too ripe)
  • task_alt4 peeled hard-boiled eggs
  • task_alt1 onion
  • task_alt1 carrot
  • task_alt1 clove garlic
  • task_altExtra virgin olive oil
  • task_alt1 bay leaf
  • task_altSalt

step by step recipe

  1. First, add water to the jug to fill 1 L and the bay leaf. Place the lid and set the automatic boiling program without time or temperature. When the water reaches 100°C, end the program.
  2. Add the chickpeas through the steam outlet. Set to 100°C, speed 2, for 30 minutes. While the chickpeas are cooking, peel the onion, tomatoes, and carrot.
  3. Cut the onion into four equal parts and the tomatoes in half. We reserve. Once the program is finished, add 200 g of water through the steam outlet. Close and set again to 100°C, speed 2, for 30 minutes.
  4. Add 200 g of water through the steam outlet and a little salt. Close and set again to 100°C, speed 2, for 30 minutes. Open and check if they are cooked to your liking. If not, set for 15 more minutes at the same speed and temperature.
  5. Drain the chickpeas and set them aside in a large dish. Place the shaft for the food processor in the jug and the disc in the slicing position. On top, place the food processor lid.
  6. Set the automatic program for processing food. Insert the onion, tomatoes, carrot, eggs, and olives with the help of the pusher. Remove everything from the jug and set aside with the chickpeas.
  7. Next, add the tuna (we can add the oil if desired). Mix and serve with a drizzle of oil if we haven't used the tuna oil.
  8. Enjoy!
