step by step recipe
- Thaw the burratas 1 hour before preparing the dish.

- Add the tomatoes to an oven-safe container along with the three tablespoons of oil, honey, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. We mix.
- Place the container in the air fryer basket.
- Close and manually program 180 ºC, 12 minutes. Halfway through, open and stir.
- Once the program is finished, remove and set aside.
- First, coat the burrata in flour. Then dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs three times to achieve a thick breading.
- Place the breaded burratas in the air fryer basket and spray them with a little oil.
- Close and set to 200°C, 7 minutes.
- Serve by placing a base of roasted cherry tomatoes, drizzle some balsamic vinegar reduction on top, and place the breaded burrata in the center.
- Garnish with a little Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
Ingredients
- Freezing the burrata ensures it doesn't burst during baking. You can skip this step, but it might not look as nice.
- If the burrata is still a bit frozen after baking, you can heat it slightly in the microwave to achieve a creamy interior.
