Ingredients
- task_alt500 g. of fish to taste, skinless and boneless (in my case, frozen hake fillet)
- task_altOne can of natural tuna
- task_alt9 crab sticks or surimi
- task_alt6 eggs
- task_alt500 g. of cream for
- task_alt200 g. of tomato sauce
- task_altSalt and pepper to taste
step by step recipe
- We put the blades in the jug.
- First, we steam the fish. To do this, we place the fish in the steam tray, fill the jug with 1 liter of water, and place the steam container on top of it.
- To cook the fish, we set 18 minutes at 130°C, speed 2. If the fish is frozen, after 18 minutes, we carefully open the steamer lid to avoid burns and change the fish position (putting the top pieces at the bottom and vice versa) and set it for 7 more minutes, 130°C, speed 2. Once cooked, we set it aside.
- Next, we put all the ingredients in the jug (the fish, tuna, surimi sticks, eggs, cream, and tomato). We season to taste and set 30 seconds at speed 6 to blend the mixture until homogeneous.
- Once the mixture is homogeneous, we set 15 minutes, 90°C, speed 4 to cook it. During cooking, we prepare a mold, grease it, and set it aside.
- We blend the mixture again by setting 30 seconds at speed 6. Then we pour the mixture into the mold we prepared earlier and store it in the refrigerator for approximately 4 hours.
- Serve cold!
Ingredients
- To accompany, we can prepare chopped chives, cherry tomatoes, and sauces like mayonnaise and cocktail sauce.
- We can also spread the mixture on toasts like a pâté.
- Accessories: blades.
