- task_altOlive oil
- task_alt50 g. of desalted cod flakes

step by step recipe
- We start this preparation by brushing oil and salting the bell peppers, eggplants, and onion
- Preheat the air fryer.
- We place the red bell peppers, eggplants, onion, and garlic in the air fryer basket and cook at 190 degrees for 15 minutes, then flip them and cook for 10 more minutes.
- We wait for them to cool down.
- We peel the bell peppers, cut them into strips, and repeat the process with the onion to achieve the ideal base for the escalivada.
- We remove the skin from the eggplant and use the flesh, placing it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- At this point, we can freeze the escalivada as it is, and season it when we defrost it.
- If we want to enjoy it immediately, we mix it with the desalted cod, chopped egg, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt to taste. We can use it to accompany fish dishes or eat it with toast.
Ingredients
- We can prepare it by substituting the cod with tuna or simply use the vegetables with egg without any fish.
