- Insert the blades into the blender jug and add the dry rice. Program the food processor at speed 6 with the lid on for 30 seconds. Then increase the speed to speed 10 for 30 seconds. Finally we put the robot at speed 12 for 4 more minutes or until the rice is in a very fine powder.
- We sift the flour through a fine mesh sieve to remove any large pieces that may weigh down our flour.

- We can use rice flour as a substitute for wheat flour using a 1:1 ratio.
