","Put the lid on, close the valve and set the CONFIT Menu, 65 \u00baC, 20 minutes.","Once the program is finished, remove the cod and season with salt and pepper.","Wash the cooker and set the GRILL Menu, 160 \u00baC, 12 minutes. ","Once hot, add the Port wine (without the raisins) and the broth, and let it reduce by half.","When it has reduced, add the raisins. ","With 2 minutes left, add the cornstarch and stir constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps. ","Then, add the liquid cream and a little salt.
