Cook the cheeks until sealed on both sides and remove. ","While it's cooking, peel and chop an onion, a carrot, and the garlic.","Once the meat is removed, add all the ingredients from the previous step. Season and stir occasionally with the spatula until the program ends. ","When finished, add the meat, red wine, broth, rosemary, and thyme. Cover and set the STEW program, cooking temperature 1, for 60 minutes. ","Open, remove the cheeks, and blend everything in the pot until you get a smooth sauce.","Let it cool down, debone the meat, and cut it into very small pieces.","Next, peel and chop the remaining onions and carrots. Set the FRY program, cooking temperature 1, for 10 minutes. Add 20 ml of oil and when it's hot, add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.   Stir from time to time until the end of the program.","Once the program is finished, place the vegetables in a colander to drain all the oil. Once drained, mix them with the shredded meat. ","Preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.","Spread a sheet of phyllo dough on the counter and fold it in half. Place the filling in the center and bring the edges of the dough up to form a pouch, tying it with kitchen string. Continue this process until you've used all the phyllo sheets and filling.  ","Place the pouches in the air fryer basket and set it to 180\u00b0C for 4 minutes.","Serve by placing some sauce on the plate and the pouches on top.
