","While the potatoes are cooking, we peel the carrots, peel the onion and cut it into four equal parts, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.","When the program finishes, we remove the steaming basket and the potatoes. Set aside in a bowl. We place the food processor shaft in the jug and the disc in the grating position. On top, we place the food processor lid. ","We set the automatic menu for food processing. We insert the peeled carrots using the pusher. Once grated, we stop the program.  ","We remove the lid and turn the disc over so it's in the slicing position. We put the food processor lid back on. We start the program and, using the pusher, insert the onion and olives. We remove everything from the jug and set it aside with the potatoes.   ","Next, we prepare the mayonnaise. To do this, we place the blades in the jug. We add the avocado pulp, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.   ","Cover and program speed 6, 15 seconds. Every 5 seconds, we stop and use the spatula to scrape down any remains from the sides.","When the program ends, without opening the lid, we set speed 4 for 1 minute and slowly add the oil in a thin stream through the steam outlet.","We add the avocado mayonnaise to the salad. We mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
