Once hot, add the hake fillets and cook on both sides, just until marked.  We remove.","Add the butter and set the FRY Menu, cooking temperature 1, for 12 minutes. Once hot, add the young garlic and season with salt and pepper.  Stir from time to time.","When 4 minutes are left, add the flour and keep stirring until it's lightly toasted. Then, add the milk and stir until it thickens a bit and gets a bechamel texture.
