step by step recipe
- First, grease a mold that fits in the air fryer basket. Form a base of overlapping phyllo dough sheets lightly greased with oil so they adhere well to each other. They should rise slightly up the sides.
- Preheat the air fryer with the automatic menu.
- Spread the base of our tart with mustard, leaving the edges unpainted
- Then, add the grated cheese and on top a layer of thinly sliced onion. Continue with slightly overlapping tomato slices, and finish with crumbled goat cheese and herbs. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little oil.
- Place the mold in the basket of the air fryer.
- Close and manually set to 180°C for 12-15 minutes, until we see that the phyllo dough has browned.
- When serving, we can add a little more goat cheese and enjoy!
